IGLU Soft Play Step and Slide Set - Mega Fun Slider

Conquer, Launch & Soar with the IGLU Soft Play Step and Slide Set Mega Fun Slider – Foam Climbing Blocks for Gross Motor Development – All Ages & Abilities

Description

Some of the best indoor play comes from a single slope and a pair of steps. The IGLU Soft Play Step and Slide Set - Mega Fun Slider is a soft play foam climbing set designed for children across Canada and the US who are ready to climb, slide, and move with confidence.

At 50"L x 50"D x 100"H, the Mega Fun Slider is a substantial indoor climber that gives young children a genuine sense of height to conquer - and a satisfying slide down to cap the adventure. It arrives in two boxes, weighing 24.69 lbs total, and is available in five colour options: Red/Blue, Beige/Grey, Beige/White, Reseda Green, and Light Pastel. You can also mix and match IGLU modules and colours across the range for a more visually stimulating and personalised sensory environment.

IGLU has been crafting soft play equipment from their home in Latvia since 2015. Every piece is handmade in-house by a skilled team - from the foam production to the final stitching and packaging. That hands-on approach is the reason these blocks outlast most competing products. The dense, lightweight foam used in every IGLU set is developed in-house from 100% recyclable high-quality polyethylene with a closed cell structure, a deliberate choice over the cheaper polyurethane used by many mass-market alternatives. The result is a block that holds its shape through years of enthusiastic daily use.

Key Features of the IGLU Soft Play Mega Fun Slider

• Made in Europe from recyclable foam - 100% recyclable high-quality foam with a closed cell structure means the set is soft and super light while retaining its shape through years of daily climbing and sliding.
• Covered with tough eco-leather - The durable artificial eco-leather cover is robust, pleasant to the touch, easy to wipe clean, and tested for harmful substances, so even the most enthusiastic players get a safe and comfortable surface.
• Tested and certified across four markets - IGLU soft blocks have received safety certificates in the EU, USA, Canada, and the UK, and are CE marked according to EU Directive of Toy Safety, giving families and professionals in North America full confidence in the product.
• 10-year lifespan - Built to endure with a remarkable lifespan of a decade and beyond, this soft play set is a long-term investment rather than a short-cycle toy.
• Handmade from sewing to packaging - Every component is crafted by hand and made entirely in-house by IGLU, ensuring consistent quality that machine-made products cannot replicate.
• Modular and mixable - Enjoy getting creative by mixing different IGLU modules and colours for a more visually stimulating sensory experience. Note that colours may differ slightly from those shown in product photos.

Skills Your Child Develops with the IGLU Mega Fun Slider

• Gross Motor Skills - Climbing, sliding, and romping across the Mega Fun Slider builds whole-body strength and coordination, giving children the physical confidence to tackle more complex movement as they grow.
• Vestibular Skill Development - Navigating different heights and the slide movement directly stimulates the vestibular system, improving spatial awareness and balance - foundational skills for all active play and learning.
• Muscle Coordination - The varied shapes and the process of climbing, stepping, and descending strengthen multiple muscle groups simultaneously, supporting the kind of coordination that carries into physical activity for years.
• Creativity and Logical Thinking - Open-ended soft play encourages children to build, problem-solve, and reimagine the blocks in new configurations - pairing physical play with early cognitive development.

Supported by Tanya Barrett, Pediatric Physio and Owner of Just 4 Kids, Canada, who incorporates IGLU Soft Play equipment into therapy sessions as a fun way to promote gross motor skills and strengthen muscle groups.

The Mega Fun Slider is at home in a family living room, a daycare or school setting, a paediatric therapy clinic, or any indoor play space where active movement matters. It's the kind of set that works for curious toddlers and active school-age children alike - and that a parent, OT, or educator can feel confident choosing.
